Thomas Wolf

He brings 15+ years of senior experience across Google, Uber, Accenture, foodpanda, and Proton, operating at the intersection of growth, marketing technology, and analytics.

At Google, he served as one of three APAC-wide conversion experts, working with the region's largest brands including Singapore Airlines, Agoda, and Zalora on AdTech integration, cross-channel attribution, and UX optimization. He developed a measurement and conversion framework that expanded from Singapore across SEA, APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, later recognised by Philipp Schindler, Google's Global SVP and Chief Business Officer, for its commercial impact.

At Uber, he was among the first 10 marketing hires in APAC and architected the Marketing Analytics and AdTech function from zero, building what became Uber's global center of excellence as marketing scaled 10x across the region. He unified Performance Marketing and CRM tracking within Uber's attribution framework, increasing marketing efficiency by up to 50%, and architected the consolidation of 100+ micro-websites into a cohesive analytics platform with cross-device targeting capabilities.

At Accenture, as Digital Transformation Lead for SEA, he led MarTech, AdTech, and Analytics transformations for financial services clients, delivering 3x loan growth for one of Thailand's leading banks through an end-to-end marketing and AdTech stack implementation. He also served as Accenture-Google Partnership Lead, developing the GTM strategy for Google Marketing Platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud across APAC financial institutions.

At foodpanda, part of Delivery Hero, he drove 20x growth positioning foodpanda among the top 5 most downloaded F&B apps globally, launching 4 new countries and 2 new verticals across 11 markets. He expanded scope to own the full customer lifecycle across acquisition and retention, pioneering the affiliate program that grew to 11 markets and 100+ partners and establishing always-on first-party data activation across search, social, display, and CRM channels, later scaled across multiple Delivery Hero brands. He was then appointed Head of Product for Growth to lead one of the company's largest-ever web initiatives: a full web refresh across 20 countries and 3 brands: foodpanda in APAC, foodora in Europe, and Yemeksepeti in Turkey.

Most recently, as Head of Marketing Technology at Proton, he architected a first-of-its-kind privacy-first MarTech stack, ensuring zero PII leaves Proton's infrastructure with no reliance on cookies, device IDs, or third-party data storage.

Alongside his consulting work, Thomas advises overseas startups on APAC market entry and expansion as an advisor to the German Accelerator.

He is based in Singapore and works with clients across Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
